الثقافة بين التعددية والعولمة

الملخص
ملخص المقال: المجتمع كبينة وكوجود يتميز بإنصهار جملة من العوامل التي تجعل منه وجودا ذا خصائص وسمات ينفرد بها، ويطلق على هذه الخصائص مصطلح الثقافة التي تجمع في طياتها اللغة، الدين، العادات والتقاليد وحتى التاريخ المشترك بحيث نجد أن لكل مجتمع طبيعة ثقافية تميزه عن باقي المجتمعات، زنظرا لهذا التمايز والإختلاف أردنا أن نقف على أحد أهم الإشكاليات الراهنة التي تولدت عن التعدد والإختلاف المجتمعي وهي التعدد الثقافي والتي بات من الضروري العمل بها، وخلق حيز للتعايش تحت شعار العيش المشترك لحل التوترات التي يعرفها عالمنا المعاصر خاصة بعد أحداث 11 سبتمبر 2001. فما يحتاجه إنسان اليوم هو التصالح مع ذاته ومع الآخر من خلال الإعتراف وتقبل الآخر، وترسيخ قيم الحوار والديمقراطية، والإقرار بحرية المعتقد، والدعوة إلى التسامح والحوار الديني في ظل عولمة الثقافة الرأسمالية في نموذجها الأمريكي ما خلق هفوات ومزالق في البنى الثقافية للأفراد، بين الحفاظ على الثقافة الأصل ، وبين الإنفتاح على الثقافات الأخرى التي باتت تفرض ذاتها بطرق سلمية كالهجرة أو غير سلمية كالحروب والإستعمار ، أين كانت نتيجة كل منهما ظهور الأقليات التي تبحث عن الحفاظ على ثقافتها من الزوال. Summry: Society as a structure and an existence characterized by the fusion of a number of factors that make it a presence with characteristics and attributes unique, and these feature are called the term culture that carries the language, religion, customs and traditions, and also common histry, and find that in each society’s cultural nature that distinguish him from others, in view of this difference, we wanted to stand on one of the most important current problems that have arisen from this multicultural and multuralism, namly cultural pluralism, which has become necessary to create a space for co-existence under the slogan of coexistence to solve the tensions khoun in our contemporary world,especially after the events of September 11,2001. The need for a human being today is reconciliation with himself and with other through recognition , acceptance of the other, the consolidation of the values of dialogue and democracy, the recognition of freedom of belief and the call for tolerance and religious dialogue under the globalization of capitalist culture in its American model, creating gaps and pitfalls in the cultural structure of individuals , culture of origin, and openness to other cultures tha are imposing themselves in peaceful ways such as migration or non-peaceful wars and colonization where the result each was the emergence of minorities seeking to preserve their culture from the demise.
