حكم رواية الحديث الضعيف والعمل به في فضائل القرآن

الملخص
درستُ في هذا البحث أقوالَ علماء القرآن والحديث في حكم رواية الحديث الضعيف والعمل به في فضائل الأعمال عموما وفضائل القرآن خصوصا، وكذا تصرفاتِهم في هذا المجال. وكان ذلك في حدود أهم المراجع المتاحة في المسألة، منذ عصر أتباع التابعين إلى يومنا هذا، بغية معرفة الرأي الراجح في الموضوع والأكثر انتشارا في الأوساط العلميّة عبر العصور. فتبيّن من استقراء تلك الأقوال والتصرفات وتحليلها، أنّ أغلبهم يذهب إلى مشروعيّة الرواية والعمل. وأنّ الشرط المعمول به هو أنْ لا يكون الحديث موضوعا. وأنّ ما عداه من الشروط يُمكن الاستغناء عنه بغيره، أو أنّه لا يحظى بقبول واسع. Abstract: I have studied in this research the sayings of the Quran and hadith scholars, regarding the ruling on the narration of the weak hadith and working on it in the virtues of business in general, and the virtues of Quran in particular, as well as their behavior in this field. This was within the limits of the most important references available on the matter, from the era of followers to the present day, in order to now the most correct opinion on the topic and the most widespread in the scientific community throughout the ages It was found from the extrapolation of this sayings, and behaviors and their analysis, that most of them go to the legitimacy of the narration and work. And, that the established condition is that the hadith not be false and, that other conditions can be dispensed with without others, or that it is not widely accepted.
