الملخص
ملخص: شهدت منظومة حقوق الإنسان قفزة نوعية في السنوات القليلة الماضية، سواء من حيث مفاهيمها و دائرة انتشارها أو تأثيرها على المجتمعات الحديثة، ولم يعد مفهوم حقوق الإنسان حكرا على صفوة المجتمع بلأصبح شائعا بين مختلف أفراده، وفي الكثير من دول العالم بما في ذلك دول العالم الثالث ومنها الجزائر التي بدأت دائرة الاهتمام تتسع فيها باطراد خلال السنوات الأخيرة لاسيما من حيث الضمانات الدستورية والقانونية التي تمثل الأساس الجوهري لتمكين المؤسسات الناشطة في ميدان حقوق الإنسان (الحكومية وغير الحكومية) من تكثيف نشاطها المتعلق بقضايا حقوق الإنسان، وقد استحوذت هذه الأخيرة على إهتمام وسائل الإعلام وخصوصا الصحافة المكتوبة التي تضطلع بدور مهم وحيوي في نشر وتعزيز ثقافةحقوق الإنسان، وذلك من خلال تعريف كل فرد بحقوقه وطرق تحصيلها وحمايتها وملاحقة منتهكيها بشكل يضمن لكل فرد أو مجموعة حق اختيار سبل صون كرامتهم، ولذلك تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على مدى إسهام وسائل الإعلام في النشر والتوعية بحقوق الإنسان والتعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تحد من دورها. *المؤلف المرسل : بودريسة نوال Abstract: Thehuman rightssystem has witnesseda qualitative leap in the past few years, both in terms of its concepts and circle of spread, or its impact on modern societies. The concept of human rights doesn’t concernonly the leaders of the society but it becomes common among its various individuals in many countries ofthe world including the third world countries as well as Algeria, wherethe circle of interest has steadily expanded in the recent years, especially in terms of constitutional and legal guarantees, which constitute the fundamental basis to empower the institutions active in the field of human rights (governmental and non-governmental) to increase their activities related to human rights; which has attracted the attention of the media,especially the written press, that plays an important and vital role in spreading and enhancing the culture of human rights;by informing every one of his rights and the ways to get and protect them, and prosecute violators in a way that ensures for each individual or group the right to choose the ways of safeguarding their dignity.Therefore, the aim of this paper is to identify the extent of the media's contribution to the dissemination and awareness of human rights, and the most important difficulties that limit its role.
