النخبة في المنطقة العربية بين التبعية والصمت

الملخص
ملخص: تعاني النخبة في المنطقة العربية اجمالا من التهميش أحيانا ومن الاستحواذ والتبعية أحيانا أخرى رغم أن للنخبة أهمية كبيرة في إطار موضوعات علم الاجتماع السياسي ذلك لأهمية ما تملكه النخبة من أدوات مؤثرة في تكوين واستقرار المجتمعات وتشكيل نسق الحكم الفكر والتوجيه. لكن عرفت انحرافا كبيرا في العقد الأخير سوآءا من الضعف أو المستوى و حتى التهميش من طرف الحكام من جهة بفعل الظروف و من جهة أخرى بضعف منها و مرة أخرى من السلطة التي تبعث عن اتباع امعيين. مع انصهار للشخصية والقرار بالمعنى الأخلاقي بما يتناسب مع الحق و الضمير و المصلحة العامة للبلاد وهو ما عالجناه في هذا البحث المتواضع. . Abstract: The elite in the Arab world suffers from marginalization, appropriation and dependency, although the elite has great importance in the context of political sociology topics because of the importance of what the elite possesses of influencing tools in the formation and stability of societies and the formation of the system of governance, thought and direction But the elite witnessed a major deviation in the last decade, whether from weakness or level or even marginalization on the one hand by the rulers on the one hand due to circumstances and on the other hand by weakness from them and again from the authority that emanates subordinates. With the lack of strong personality and decision-making in the moral sense commensurate with the right, conscience and public interest of the country, which is what we dealt with in this modest research.
