Résumé
Résumé À travers diverses réformes, l’État algérien cherche à promouvoir et à protéger l’investissement en créant un climat favorable à l’investissement. Dans ce cadre, le législateur algérien a crée des organes permettant de superviser le processus d’investissement afin d’aider les investisseurs dans leurs démarches. Le Conseil national de l’investissement joue un rôle stratégique et l’Agence nationale de développement de l’investissement a un rôle pratique, tandis que la Commission c’est un organe de recours contre les décisions de tout organisme chargé de l’investissement, y compris l’Agence. Abstract Through various reforms, the Algerian State seeks to promote and protect investment by creating a favorable climate for investment. In this context, the Algerian legislator has created bodies to oversee the investment process to help investors in their efforts. The National Investment Council plays a strategic role and the National Investment Development Agency has a practical role, while the Committee is an appeal body against the decisions of any investment body, including the Agency.
