Résumé : Notre réflexion porte sur l’impact de l’errance sur la personnalité littéraire de l’écrivain américain Jack Kerouac. Etant donné l’ampleur et la médiatisation de son œuvre « Sur la route », nous avons voulu nous pencher sur cette figure littéraire americaine de la première décennie du XX° siècle. Jack Kerouac est un écrivain errant qui, à travers sa situation socio-identitaire (de l’époque), a traduit l’image de sa propre dérive, ayant tourné au drame. Notre analyse vise à démontrer les limites et surtout les conséquences de cette philosophie sur son parcours littéraire. Abstract : Our reflectionfocuses on the impact of wanderingon the literarypersonality of the American writer. Given the scope and media coverage of thiswork : « On the Road », wewantedto look at thisliterary figure from the first decadeof the twentiethcentury. Jack Kerouac is a wanderingwriterwho, throughhissocio-identitysituation (of the time)translate the image of hisown drift whichturned to drama. Our analysisaims to demonstrate the limits and especially the consequences of this Philosophie on this literary career.
