الملخص
إنّ تقدم أي مجتمع يرتكز على مقومات عديدة اجتماعية وسياسية واقتصادية وفكرية وثقافية، بغرض توفير الخدمات الأساسية لأبناء ذلك المجتمع، وممارســــــة المواطن لحقوقه وواجبـاته بطريقة سليمة، متزوداً بالقيم الروحية والأخلاقية والوطنية والقومية والإنسانية التي تسود المجتمع، كما أنّ التعليم يأتي في مقدمة الخدمـــــات الأساسية التي يجب أن توفر لأبناء المجتمع كافة، والتعليم الابتدائي هو الحد المقبول والملائم. إنّ مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي تشكل مواقف تعليمية تستمر طوال الحياة، وفيها تنطلق شرارة الإبداع أو تنطفئ، وفيها يصبح بلوغ المعرفة أو لا يصبح حقيقة واقعية. وهنا يكتسب كل متعلم وسائل تنمية قدراته المقبلة على التفكير السليم وإطلاق الخيال وتحكم العقل والإحساس بالمسؤولية، ويتعلم كيف يمارس حب الاستطلاع لمعرفة العالم المحيط به. نروم من هذا البحث أهمية وضرورة قيم السلام في الحياة العامة المدرسية من المرحلة الابتدائية، لأنّها السياج الحافظ لكل مقومات المجتمع الصالح. وممّا دفع الباحث إلى تناول هذا الموضوع هو ما يمر به عالمنا المعاصر من أزمة حقيقة. آلا وهي أزمة القيم والتي نتج عنها اختلال واضح في حياتنا اليومية من خلال ما نشهده من الانحرافات والجرائم والسلوكيات اللاأخلاقية. Abstract: The advancement of any society based on social, political, economic, intellectual and cultural factors, in order to provide basic services to the people of that society and to exercise the rights and duties of the citizen in a proper manner are guaranteed by the spiritual, moral, national, national and human values that prevail in society. Must be provided to all members of society, and primary education is the acceptable and appropriate level. in primary education, lifelong educational attitudes are created, in which the spark of creativity is triggered or extinguished, in which the attainment of knowledge becomes or becomes a reality. Here, each learner acquires the means to develop his future abilities to think properly, release imagination, control the mind and sense of responsibility, and learn how to practice curiosity to know the world around him. The researcher sees the importance and necessity of values in the public life, whether individuals or groups, because it is the fence that preserves all elements of good society. What prompted the researcher to address this issue is what is going through our modern world of crisis really. Namely the crisis of values, which resulted in a clear imbalance in our daily lives through the crimes and immoral behaviors we witness. Thus, the value system is one of the basic components and inputs that govern the behavior and character of the human being. It works to achieve social cohesion and solidarity. It enables the society to build its identity and entity, and helps to achieve economic, industrial and social development as it is one of the means of achieving this development.
