الملخص

تروم هذه الدراسة استقراء واقع التخطيط للغة العربية في المدرسة الجزائرية منذ الإصلاحات التي انطلقت في الفترة 2000/2003 إلى الآن، وعن طبيعة السياسة اللغوية المنتهجة من طرف الدولة الجزائرية لتعليم وتعلم اللغة العربية، وتوضيح خطوطها العريضة في إطار إصلاح النظام التربوي الجزائري، كما تستعرض هذه الدراسة في مرحلة أولى مفهوم التخطيط اللغوي والسياسة اللغوية في ضوء بعض الدراسات الغربية والعربية ليتضح لنا معناهما، وتتجلى مظاهرهما الرئيسية وعلاقتهما ببعضهما، وإبراز علاقة التخطيط اللغوي بالنظام التعليمي، ومن ثم الولوج إلى عمق التحديات التي تواجه اللغة العربية في النظام التربوي الجزائري؛ مع ختم ورقتنا البحثية هذه بأهم النتائج والتوصيات. Abstract: This study aims to focus on the Arabic language planning in the Algerian school since the reforms that have been implemented since 2003 till the present time. Also, it focuses on the nature of the linguistic policy adopted by the Algerian State to teach and learn the Arabic language, and clarifies its broad lines in the framework of the reform of the Algerian educational system. This study also reviews the concept of linguistic planning and policy in the light of some Western and Arabic studies, so that we can understand what they mean, their main manifestations and their relationship to each other will be transfigured, and to highlight the relationship between the linguistic planning to the educational system, and then access to the depth of the challenges facing the Arabic language in the Algerian educational system. Finally, our research paper will be sealed with the most important findings and recommendations.
