الملخص
التأويل بحث في إدراك قصد المتكلم، وهو بذلك الفهم الذي ينطبع في الذهن على وجه التخييل عند المؤول من بعد فعل المحاكاة عند المتكلم. ولما كان المؤول متعددا، وكانت المدارك مختلفة والظروف متغيرة؛ فإن فهم القصد لا يتم بنفس الصورة كما كان زمن التلفظ عند جملة المؤولين، فضلا عن كونه مكتوب او انقطع عن قائله، مما يبيح التعد د والاختلاف في فهمه. والتأويل كواحد من العمليات الاجتهادية التي يسلكها المجتهدون والناظرون في النصوص، يعد من أهمها مسلكاً، ومن أوسعها سبيلاً. Abstract: Interpretation is a search in the perception of the speaker's intent, and this understanding is imprinted in the mind as a way of imagination with the interpreter after actually doing simulation at the speaker. As the interpreter is multiple, and the perceptions are different and the circumstances change; the understanding of the intention is not the same picture as it was at the time of utterance in the group of interpreters, and the fact that it is written and cut off from the speaker, thus allowing for diversity and differences of its understanding. Interpretation as one of the discretionary processes employed by hard-working/diligent and textual observers is one of the most important course, and the widest pathway.
