الملخص
يتناول هذا المقال الآليات الحجاجية في وصية الشيخ عبد الكريم بن البكري إلى ابنه عبد الحق حين تنازل له عن منصب القضاء، وتمثلت هذه الآليات في التكرار والتوازي والتقابل والأمر والتناص، والتي أدت مجتمعة دورها في بلوغ الهدف من الخطاب وهو إقناع المخاطب بمضمونه. Abstract: This article deals with the argumentation mechanisms in sheikh Abdulkarim Bin Bakri’s will to his son Abdul Haq when the former waived his position in the judiciary to him, because of his disease. These mechanisms were: repetition, parallelism, contradiction, symmetry, commanding and Intertextuality which combined, played their role to reach the goal of the speech, which is convincing the addressee.
