من الهجرة السرية الى العودة الدورية ودورها في إعادة تشكيل المجال بحوض تازارين تغبالت جنوب شرق المغرب

الملخص
تميزت نهاية التسعينيات وبداية الالفية الثالثة بانطلاق تيارات هجروية قوية من حوض تازارين تغبالت إلى الخارج، ولم تعد هذه التيارات مرتكزة عن الوجهات التقليدية كما كانت سابقا، بل تنوعت دول المقصد لتشمل دول جديدة كإسبانيا وإيطاليا. انطلق أغلبها بشكل غير شرعي وتمكنت من تسوية وضعياتها القانوينة وبدأت تعود إلى أصلها بشكل دوري، وتساهم بتحويلاتها في تعزيز موارد الاسر. لقد كان لمساهمة المهاجر دورا أساسيا في إعطاء دفعة قوية لأشكال تحديث وعصرنة تقنيات وأساليب استغلال الانسان للمجال من خلال دعم الفلاحة المشهدية واعتماد تقنيات متطورة في السقي والإنتاج والتسويق وكذا التثمين. تهدف هذه الورقة إلى توضيح أهم تلك الجوانب التي ساهمت موارد الهجرة في إبرازها وإظهارها على المستوى المجالي وتجاوز مختلف العراقيل والاكراهات الطبيعية والبشرية. The end of the 1990s and the beginning of the third millennium were marked by the launch of strong migratory currents from the Tazarin Basin to foreign countries, and these currents are no longer based on traditional destinations as they were before, but the destination countries have diversified to include new countries such as Spain and Italy. Most of them started illegally and were able to settle their legal status and began to return to their origins periodically and contribute their money-transfers to the strengthening of family resources. The contribution of the immigrant has been instrumental in giving a strong impetus to the upgrading and modernization of human exploitation techniques and methods of exploitation of the field by supporting landscape agriculture and adopting advanced techniques in watering, production, marketing as well as valuation. This paper aims to clarify the most important aspects that migration resources have contributed to; highlighting and demonstrating them at the field level in spite of the various natural and human constraints.
