دور المفتش التربوي في تحسين كفايات التدريس لدي أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المرحلة الثانوية

الملخص
الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مدى تحقيق الإشراف التربوي *التفتيش* لأساتذة التربية البدنية و الرياضية ،لأهدافه ،والتي من أهمها الإعداد والتكوين المستمر للأستاذ، وتنمية كفايات التدريس لديه، حيث يعد التفتيش التربوي،الخطوة الإيجابية الأولى في المشوار المهني للأستاذ ، فالمفتش التربوي عبارة عن مؤطر عملية التكوين أثناء الخدمة، ، يساعد الأستاذ على تحقيق أهداف التربية البدنية والرياضية وكذا إكسابه الصفات اللازمة لتحمل مسؤولية عضو هيئة التدريس، وقيامه بدوره على أكمل وجه. . حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قمنا بإعداد استبيان لمعرفة دور المفتش التربوي في تحسين كفايات التدريس لدي أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في المرحلة الثانوية واشتملت على فقرات موزعة على ثلاث مجالات كفايات التخطيط،التنفيذ ،التقويم ، وقد تمتع الاستبيان بمعاملات صدق وثبات عالي ،طبق علي عينة اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية ممثلة ب 40 أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في ولاية الوادي من مجموع 123 أستاذ يمارسون عملهم علي مستوي 61 ثانوية تعليمية، وكشفت نتائج الدراسة عن الدور الكبير الذي يلعبه مفتش التربية الوطنية لمادة التربية البدنية في الرفع من مستوي وفاعلية الأداء للأستاذ من خلال تنمية وتحسين الكفايات التدريسية لديه. ABSTRACT The study came to reveal the extent to which Educational Supervision Inspection professors of Physical Education and Sports, its aims, foremost of which is the preparation and continuing education, development of teaching professor makeup, longer educational inspection,first positive step in the professional career of professor, educational is framed 2nd configuration process during service, Professor helps to achieve the objectives of Physical Education and Sports, as well as gave him the qualities necessary to assume the responsibility of the member of the teaching staff, and in turn to the fullest. . Where we follow the descriptive approach to answer the questions of the analytical study in order to achieve the objectives of the study we prepared a questionnaire to determine the role of the Inspector of Education in improving the makeup of the teaching of physical education and sports teachers in the secondary stage included paragraphs distributed on three areas of planning, implementation, makeup, calendar, and enjoy the questionnaire approved high-firm transactions, applied to a randomly selected sample of 40, Professor of Physical Education and Sports in the state of the Valley of the total 120, professor of exercising their work at the level of the 60 secondary education, the results of the study revealed the significant role played by the national education inspector of the substance of the physical education and raise the level of performance and effectiveness of the professor through the development and improvement of the teaching competencies has. .
