الملخص

تعتبر المدرسة المؤسسة الاجتماعية التي لها الدور الأكبر في إكساب التلاميذ معلومات ومهارات وقيم و سلوكات من خلال عدة مواد دراسية ، ومن بين هذه المواد التربية البدنية والرياضية التي تكتسي أهمية كبيرة بالنسبة للطفل من أجل النمو السليم لجسمه وشخصيته. و أمام الوضع التي تعيشه المنظومة التربوية في ظل تطور المقاربات الحديثة للتعليم ، أصبحت مادة التربية البدنية في حاجة إلى استحداث أساليب و طرق و مناهج تتساير مع هذه المقاربات البيداغوجية الحديثة كبيداغوجية المقاربة بالكفاءات . وتتمثل أهداف الدراسة في إبراز الواقع والصعوبات التي تواجهها التربية البدنية و الرياضية بالطور الابتدائي في ظل بيداغوجيا المقاربة بالكفاءات ،فبالرغم من أهمية مادة التربية البدنية والرياضية للطفل ،و صدور قوانين تحرص على ضرورة تخصيص الوقت الكافي لها وتوفير الملاعب والوسائل البيداغوجية التي هي ضرورية لتطبيق المقاربة بالكفاءات ، وتوظيف المتخصصين في التربية البدنية للإشراف على ممارسة التلاميذ للنشاط البدني الرياضي في المدارس ،يبقى التلاميذ محرومون منها مما صعب من تطوير سلوكاتهم ومهاراتهم في عدة جوانب . ABSTRACT The school is a social institution with the greater role in giving pupils received information and skills, values and manners through several articles seminars, and between these articles, physical education and sports which is of great importance for the child to the sound growth of he fell unconscious while and personality. And in front of the situation faced by the educational system in the light of the development of the modern approaches to physical education as a subject in the need to develop methods and ways in line with these pedagogical approaches such as the modern approach of competencies. The objectives of the study in highlighting the difficulties faced by the Physical Education and Sports and the apportionment thereof to meet the primary education under the pedagogies approach of competencies, despite the importance of a physical education and sports for children, and the issuance of the laws is keen on the need to allocate sufficient time and provide playgrounds pedagogical means that are necessary for the implementation of the approach of competencies, and specialists in education center to oversee the exercise of pupils physical activity for sports in schools, pupils remain deprived of them which is difficult to develop their behavior and skills in several aspects.
