الملخص
ملخص بالعربية: الحق هو كل ما هو مسموح به، سواء كان مكسب مادي أو معنوي منحه الله أو القانون أو المجتمع للفرد، وإذا تتبعنا تاريخ البشرية نجد حالات تناقض كبيرة في فهم الحق وتطبيقه، بين بعض من حرموا من حقوقهم وتمتع البعض الأخر بحقوقهم بشكل مطلق، وهذا ما يدفنا إلى التفكير في كيفيات لممارسة وتطبيق الحق اليوم بعد المشاكل التي أصبحت تتخبط فيها البشرية في ظل التطورات والتكنولوجيا والعولمة، فما زال العالم اليوم يعاني من مجموعة من الاضطرابات الناجمة عن خلل أخلاقي وبروز ممارسات ضد الإنسانية في نفس الميادين والمجالات، الشيء الذي يدفع إلى البحث عن القيم والأخلاق وممارسات للحق بكافة الأشكال وعلى جميع المستويات وحدث تحول في مفاهيم كانت موجودة من القدم، فأصبح تزايد مستمر في المطالبة بالحق وتطبيقه، فلا بد من إخصاب الفكر العلمي بثقافة الحق ذات البعد الإنساني، خاصة بعد التغيرات والتحولات التي عرفها العالم والصراع بين العدالة واللامساواة، لذلك يجب أن تكون هناك رؤية فكرية جديدة مبنية على نشر ثقافة الحق والديمقراطية والكرامة والمساواة، ليتم ضمان حقوق الإنسان من خلال ثقافة مشتركة عالمية. Abstract (English): The right is all that is permitted, whether it is a material or moral gain granted by God or the law or society of the individual, and if we follow the history of man kind we find cases of great contradiction in the understanding of the right and its application, between some of the deprived of their rights and enjoy the other rights to their absolute , And this leads us to think about how to practice and apply the right today, after the problems that have become mired in humanity in light of developments and technology and globalization, the world today suffers from a series of disorders caused by moral imbalance and the emergence of practices against humanity in the same fields And fields, which leads to the search for values and ethics and practices of the right in all forms and at all levels. There has been a shift in the concepts that existed from the past. It is necessary to fertilize the scientific thought culture right with a human dimension, especially after the changes and transformations that the world has ever known and the conflict between justice and inequality, so there must be a vision of an intellectual new built on spreading the culture of truth, democracy, dignity and equality, to be guaranteed Human rights through a global common culture.
