Résumé

The upgrade could entirely help the Algerian industry after the structural adjustment programs, First, it is appropriate to recall the contextual birth of the concept in Algeria before explaining the views of experts and put it in relation with the competitiveness. In conclusion, we can state that, despite a variety of upgrade programs, the Algerian economy is not well endowed at the two elements of the competitiveness.
