الملخص
الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع، من خلال الأبعاد الآتية : (نشر الثقافة وتقديم الاستشارات ، البحث العلمي ، التدريب والتعليم المستمر) ، إضافة إلى التعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تحد دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع، علاوة على التعرف عمّا إذا كان هناك فروق جوهرية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيأة التدريس حول دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع تعزى لبعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية الآتية : (النوع ، العمر ، المؤهل العلمي ، الدرجة العلمية ، التخصص، مدة الخدمة، فرع الكلية)، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، فقد قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة، معتمداً على بعض الدراسات السابقة، حيث تم التأكد من مصداقيتها و معامل الثبات لها ، وقد تمثل مجتمع الدراسة في جميع أعضاء هيأة التدريس الوطنيين بكليات الاقتصاد في جامعة عمر المختار، الذي بلغ قوامه (119) عضواً، ولتحديد حجم العينة تم الاعتماد على جدول krejcie and Morgan (1970) ، حيث تحدد حجمها بعدد (92) عضواً، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية الطبقية ، وبعد توزيع الاستبانة ، تم استرجاع (65) استمارة صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، ولتحليل بيانات الدراسة تم الاستعانة بالحاسب الآلي واستخدام برنامج إحصائي من خدمة البرمجيات الواردة في (SPSS) ، حيث تم التوصل إلى العديد من النتائج يمكن إيجازها فيما يلي : كشفت الدراسة أنه ليس هناك دور لكليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيأة التدريس، كما أظهرت الدراسة أنّ هناك معوقات تحد من دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في الخدمة بدرجة مرتفعـة ، وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن أهم المعوقات تمثلت في ندرة تطبيق النتائج والتوصيات التي تسفر عنها البحوث التطبيقية ، وبينت الدراسة أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أعضاء هيأة التدريس حول دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع تعزى للمتغيرات الديموغرافية قيد الدراسة، وأخيراً قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات التي يؤمل اتباعها لتفعيل دور كليات الاقتصاد بجامعة عمر المختار في خدمة المجتمع. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of economic faculties at Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service through the following dimensions: (dissemination of culture and providing consultancy, scientific research, continuous training and education). The study also aimed to identify the most important obstacles that limit the role of economic faculties at Omar Al-Mukhtar University in serving community. In addition to recognizing whether there are significant differences that have statical identifications between the responses of the members of staff in Darna branch on the role of economic faculties at the University of Omar Al-Mukhtar in community service, according to the following demographic variables: (gender, age, educational qualification, the scientific degree, specialization, length of service at the faculty branch). The study followed the descriptive method to achieve the objectives of the study; the researcher developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability coefficient. The study population included all faculty members of economic, at Omar Al-Mukhtar University, total (119) members , and to determine the sample size, the researcher has relied on krejcie and Morgan table (1970), as the number determined as (92) members, They were selected in a stratified random sampling method, and after the distribution of the questionnaire, (65) valid forms were retrieval for a statistical analysis. The analysis of the study data was done by computerized method using a statistical software program provided in the (SPSS). The following results were reached: Firstly, The study revealed that according to the viewpoint of the staff members, there is no role of the economic faculties in community service. Secondly, the study showed that there are obstacles that limit the role of economic faculties at Omar Al-Mukhtar University from serving the community at a high degree. Thirdly, The study concluded that the main restriction was that the deficiency of implementation of the findings and recommendations of applied research, Fourthly, The study showed that there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the faculty members about the role of economic faculties at the Omar Al-Mukhtar University in community service due to the demographic variables under study. Finally, the study made a set of recommendations which will hopefully be followed to activate the role of economic faculties at the university under study in community service.
