أهمية توليد المعرفة في دعم مستويات التعلم التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة Condor

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور عمليات توليد المعرفة في دعم مستويات التعلم التنظيمي، حيث تم الإعتماد على الاستبيان، ووزع على عينة من الإطارات بمؤسسة Condor، وقدر عدد الاستبيانات التي تم إخضاعها لتحليل ب 53 استبانة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط متوسطة ذات دلالة معنوية لعمليات توليد المعرفة في دعم مستويات التعلم التنظيمي (الفردي، الجماعي، والتنظيمي)، ومن خلال النموذج المقترح تظهر أهمية دعم مستويات التعلم التنظيمي بمؤسسة Condor في ظل توفير البيئة المعرفية الداعمة من خلال الاهتمام بتوليد وتدفق معارف جديدة من أشركة وإدخال وإخراج وتجميع المعارف. The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge creation processes in supporting organizational learning levels, where the study was based on questionnaire and it was distributed to a sample Competencies of Condor organization, and estimated the number of questionnaires that were analyzed at 53 questionnaire, The study concluded that there is a medium correlation of significant significance for the processes of Creation knowledge in supporting organizational learning levels (Individual, Group, Organizational), The proposed model shows the importance of supporting Condor organizational learning levels with a supportive knowledge Environment by interested in creating and Flowing new knowledge of Socialization, Internalization, Externalization, and Combination of knowledge.
