الملخص
شهد النظام الدولي مند نهاية الحرب الباردة تحولات عديدة نجم عنها تحديات جمة، حتمت من إعادة التفكير في مفهوم الأمن ليتجاوز المقاربة التقليدية المتمركزة على أمن الدولة ، ليتم الإهتمام بأمن الفرد وجعله القضية المحورية في إطار ما يعرف بالأمن الإنساني، الذي يرتكز على قيم وحريات أساسية وثيقة الصلة بالديمقراطية سواء على مستوى الفكر أو الممارسة، خاصة هذه الأخيرة التي أقر العديد من الباحثين والمفكرين على أهميتها ودورها في تعزيز الأمن الإنساني، بإعتبارها أمرا حيويا للنهوض بأمن الإنسان بمختلف أبعاده (السياسي، الاقتصادي، البيئي، المجتمعي...)، لذا فإن دراسة دور الممارسة الديمقراطية في ترقية الأمن الإنساني هي في غاية الأهمية، الأمر الذي يتطلب الإلمام بمختلف جوانب متغيرات الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الممارسة الديمقراطية ؛ الأمن ؛ الأمن الإنساني. Abstract: Since the end of the Cold War, the international system has witnessed many transformations, which resulted many challenges that necessitated the re-thinking of the concept of security to go beyond the traditional approach ,which centered on state security, to the attention of the individual’s security and makes it the central issue within the framework of what is known as human security which based on values and essential liberties linked to Democracy, whether at the level of thought or practice, especially the latter, which many researchers and thinkers have recognized its importance and role in promoting human security as a vital matter for the advancement of human security in its various dimensions (political, economic, environmental, societal ...), so the study of the role of democratic practice in enhancing human security is extremely important, which requires knowledge of various aspects of the study variables.
