أثر أزمة الرهن العقاري 2008 على استقرار النظام المالي العالمي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أهمية انعكاسات أزمة الرهن العقاري 2008 على أداء النظام المالي العالمي. ومن أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بجمع وتفسير المعلومات اللازمة للاستفادة منها في موضوع الدراسة. وقد ركزت الدراسة على الإطار النظري للأزمات المالية، الاستقرار المالي ومؤشرات قياسه و عرض للنظام المالي العالمي عقب أزمة الرهن العقاري. وخلصت في الأخير إلى تقديم عدد من التوصيات التي تبرز ضرورة إصلاح النظام المالي العالمي. This study aims at identifying the importance of the stability and the early threats to ovoid other financial crises or reducing its effects at minimum. In order to achieve this goal, we adopted the analytic- descriptive approach by collecting and interpreting information related to evaluate the global financial institutions ‘role in confronting the financial crises. The study focused on the theoretical framework of financial crises, financial stability and indicators to measure and display the global financial system after the mortgage crisis. It concluded in the fourth to make a number of recommendations that highlight the need to reform the global financial system.
