مراقبة التسيير ودورها في تحسين معايير الأداء للمؤسسة الاقتصادية – دراسة حالة شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز لولاية معسكر-

الملخص
ملخص: تلعب وظيفة مراقبة التسيير دورا هاما في المؤسسات الاقتصادية كونها تمثل أداة تحكم وقياس ورصد لنشاطها.تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أهمية مراقبة التسيير في تحسين معايير الأداء على مستوى المؤسسة الاقتصادية ولا سيما على مستوى شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز ( سونلغاز) وحدة معسكرأين تم الاعتماد على أسلوب المقابلة في الدراسة والتحليل. توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية وفعالية مراقبة التسيير في تحديد المعايير التي تسمح بقياس نشاط الشركة وم تابعة مستوى تحقيق أهدافها، كما تسمح بتحديد مستوى الانجاز ومقارنته مع ماتم تسطيره ومن ثم استخراج الانحرافات ومحاولة تصحيحها. تمثل مراقبة التسيير وظيفة هامة على مستوى سونلغاز، أين تمكنها من متابعة مختلف الأقسام وحدات بالاعتماد على لوحة قيادة متضمنة لأهم المؤشرات والمعايير المفسرة لوضعيتها. Abstract:Management control function has an important role in the economic enterprises being a control, measure and detect tool its activity. This study aims to recognize the importance of management in proving performance standards at the economic establishment level, especially at the level of the power and gas distribution company (sonelgas) Mascara unit, where it is been drawn upon the interview style in the study and analyse. Where this study has determine the importance and effectiveness of the management control in determining the criteria that allow the measurement of the company’s activity and the level of achieving its goals, it also allows you to determine the level of achievement and compare it with what it is overtaking and then extract and correct deviations. The management control is an important function in the sonelgas level, where it enables them to follow the various sections units by relying on a dashboard containing the most important indicators and criteria for their status.
