الملخص
المستخلص يهدف البحث إثبات أن الوظيفة الرئيسة لفلسفة العلم هو التوصل إلى فهم وظيفي للمعرفة، يرى في المعرفة اداة للتنبؤ. التنبؤ وأن التنبؤ هو وظيفة العلم أو مهمته، أو الهدف الذي لابد أن يتحقق إذا ماكان المشروع العلمي ناجحاً. فالتنبؤ أو إمكان التنبؤ هو الحصاد الأخير للوصف والتفسير وأن العلم يتعلق في الأساس بالتنبؤ بالحوادث التي تحدث في الكون. والتنبؤ الناضج هو ما يقدمه العلم لإثبات صحة النماذج العلمية. . وقد استخدم الباحث مناهج النقد والتحليل، كما استخدم المنهج المقارن بين الرؤية الفلسفية والكلامية لاستعراض مقولاته وقد خلص البحث إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أن التفكير العلمي هو إقامة تنبؤات صحيحة لحوادث الطبيعة. وأن المعرفة التنبؤية هي معرفة ترجيحية. Abstract The research aims to prove that the main function of the philosophy of science is to arrive at a functional understanding of knowledge, which sees knowledge as a tool for forecasting. Prediction and prediction is the function or task of science, or the goal that must be achieved if a scientific project is successful. Prediction or predictability is the last harvest of description and interpretation, and science relates primarily to forecasting events in the universe. A mature prediction is what science provides to validate scientific models. . The researcher used methods of criticism and analysis, as he used the comparative approach between philosophical and verbal vision to review his statements The research concluded a number of results, the most important of which are: Scientific thinking is the establishment of correct forecasts of nature's accidents. And that predictive knowledge is a weighted knowledge.
