الملخص
الملخص : بنهاية الاجتماع الاستثنائي للمجلس الوطني للثورة الجزائرية فيفري 1962،والذي صادق فيه المؤتمرون بمن فيهم الزعماء الخمسة على نص اتفاقيات ايفيان،ورغم قرار وقف إطلاق النار الذي دخل حيز التطبيق 19 مارس 1962،ودخول الجزائر في المرحلة الانتقالية الممتدة إلى غاية 20 سبتمبر 1962. إلّا أن استمرار حدّة الأزمة بين أعلى هيئتين للثورة الجزائرية سوف تجعل صيف الجزائر 1962 مسرحا لاشتداد التنافس على مواقع السلطات العسكرية والسياسية للجزائر عشية الاستقلال من طرف النخب العسكرية والسياسية التي أفرزتها الثورة الجزائرية على اختلاف اتجاهاتها ومشاربها،وهو ما سنحاول معالجته في ثنايا هذه الورقة البحثية التي تتناول موضوع تزاوج فيه التاريخ بالسياسة،وتقاطعت فيه الشرعية التاريخية بالمشروعية المؤسساتية. كلمات مفتاحية: Abstract : At the end of the extraordinary meeting of the National Council of the Algerian Revolution in 1962, in which the conference, including the five leaders, ratified the text of the Evian Accords, despite the ceasefire resolution that came into force on March 19/1962, and Algeria's entry into the transition period until September 20th. 1962. However, the continuing crisis between the two highest bodies of the Algerian revolution will make the summer of Algeria 1962 the scene of intensified competition for the positions of Algeria’s military and political authorities on the eve of independence by the military and political elites produced by the Algerian revolution in all its directions. This paper, which deals with the issue of history's marriage to politics and in which historical legitimacy intersects with institutional legitimacy, is discussed.
