الملخص
نتج عن ظهور شبكات التواصل لاجتماعي، وانتشارها المتسارع واستخداماتها الواسعة بين مختلف فئات المجتمع، عنه عديد الظواهر المتعلقة بالنشاط الانساني والاجتماعي، وخلقت العديد من التحديات، الفرص والمخاطر، والتي يعد موضوع الأمن الفكري من أبرز مخرجاتها، في ظل التغيرات الاجتماعية والثقافية التي يشهدها العالم بفعل الضغط المتزايد للعولمة، أثرت في بنية المجتمعات واستقرارها، و بيئة اجتماعية يميزها التشبع المتزايد بمختلف تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال، التي تساهم في تشكيل اتجاهات الفرد وبناء تصوراته وتوجيه تفكيره، من خلال وظيفة التفسير والشرح، التي لا تخل من الصبغة الايديولوجية، كما يمكن أن تتحول بوصلة وظائفها نحو وجه ومنطق من يقف وراءها ويتحكم في مضامينها، فتتحول وظيفة التوجيه إلى خلل وظيفي يتجسد في التضليل والتلاعب، ومن نقل الوقائع إلى تحريفها وتزييف الحقائق، بما يؤثر على سلامة البناء الفكري للأفراد وينعكس سلبا على استقرار المجتمع، وهو ما سنحاول تناوله في هذه الورقة البحثية من خلال تسليط الضوء على مخاطر مواقع الشبكات الاجتماعية على الأمن الفكري وآليات التصدي والمواجهة. Abstract: The emergence of social networks, and their rapid spread and wide use among various parts of society, resulted in many phenomena related to human and social activity, and created many challenges, opportunities and risks, which is the subject of intellectual security of the most prominent outputs, in light of the social and cultural changes witnessed by the world The increasing pressure of globalization has affected the structure and stability of societies, and a social environment characterized by the increasing saturation of various information and communication technologies, which contribute to shaping one's attitudes, building his perceptions and guiding his thinking, through the function of interpretation and explanation. Vinegar of ideological character, as it can turn the compass of its functions towards the face and logic of those behind them and control its contents, turning the function of guidance to dysfunction embodied in disinformation and manipulation, and from the transfer of facts to misrepresentation and falsification of facts, which affects the integrity of the intellectual structure of individuals and reflected negatively on The stability of society, which we will try to address in this paper by highlighting the dangers of social networking sites on intellectual security and coping mechanisms.
