الملخص
ملخص : ترتبط الصحة العامة بمدى سلامة البيئة، هذه الأخيرة تعرضت إلى تلوث كبير بشتى أنواعه انعكس سلبا على صحة السكان وجعلت تهدد البشر في وجودهم، مما دق ناقوس الخطر لتدارك الوضع، فأصدر المشرع الجزائري ترسانة قانونية لحماية البيئة والصحة العامة، وانبثقت عن هذه الترسانة إطار هيكلي تنفيذي واستشاري مركزي ومحلي، هذا الأخير يعد في الخط الأول للمجابهة ويمثل الوسائل القانونية والهيكلة لبلورة السياسة العمومية في المجال البيئي الصحي، تجسيد للطموح الكبير الذي ترمي إليه السلطات العمومية لحماية البيئة والارتقاء بالصحة العمومية والمحافظة عليها . Abstract: Public health is linked to the safety of the environment, the latter has been exposed to a large pollution of all kinds that negatively impacted the health of the population and made threatening human beings in their presence, which sounded the alarm to remedy the situation, so the Algerian legislator issued a legal arsenal to protect the environment and public health, and emerged from this arsenal a structural framework Executive and consultant central and local, the latter is in the first line of confrontation and represents the legal and structuring means to crystallize public policy in the field of health environmental, the embodiment of the great ambition of the public authorities to protect the environment and promote public health and maintain it.
