قراءة تحليلية في فلسفة الاعتماد الاكاديمي

الملخص

شهد التعليم العالي ثورته اكاديمية تميز بتحولات لم يسبق لها مثيل في نطاقها وتنوعها تمخضت عنها نتاجات تبلورت في حقيقتها بالاعتماد الأكاديمي "الذي ألزم المؤسسات التعليمية كافة، بضرورة فهم هذه العملية المستمرة بحركيتها وكسب منافعها المحتملة. ويقترن البحث الحالي في قراءة نقدية تحليلية للاعتماد الأكاديمي وفلسفته الكامنة وراء القصد من النشأة والتكوين صمم لعرض المضامين التي قامت عليها تلك الموضوعات. وقد توصلت لدراسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات كان من ابرزها ان كلمة اعتماد غالبا ما تستخدم بشكل خاطئ ومتبادل فالاعتماد لا يعني ) منح الشهادة( او )ترخيصا( كما صيغت مجموعة من التوصيات جاءت متناسقة مع الاستنتاجات كان من اهمها من الضروري أن يركز عمداء الكليات في الجامعة على القيود والمحددات التي تحول دون تنفيذ متطلبات الاعتماد الأكاديمي لأنها تساهم بشكل كبير في تحسين الأداء الجامعي، وذلك على وفق التوجهات الإدارية المعاصر. Higher education witnessed its academic revolution marked by unprecedented transformations in its scope and diversity, resulting in the results of accreditation, which obliged all educational institutions to understand this continuous process their potential benefits. The current research is accompanied by an analytical critique of accreditation and its underlying philosophy of origin and composition based designed to present the contents on which these topics were based on the level of detail. The study has reached to many conclusions, the most important of which is that the word 'accreditation' is often used )Incorrectly( and )Interchangeably(. It has also reached to many recommendations, the most important of these was that the deans of the faculties of the university should focus on the constraints and limitations that prevent the implementation of the requirements of academic accreditation because they contribute significantly to improve the university performance, according to the current administrative trends
