الملخص
مما لا شك فيه أن أزمة النظام المالي والاقتصادي العالمي هي من أصعب الأزمات التي تواجه عالمنا الذي نعيش فيه، حيث تسود حالة من الذعر والحذر والترقب في ظل الانهيار العالمي الذي تشهده أسواق المال والبنوك والبورصات، والتي اندلعت نيرانها في أيلول 2008 في صورة انهيارات متتالية لعدة مؤسسات مالية كبرى من بنوك وشركات تأمين وشركات التمويل العقاري وصناديق استثمار، وشملت تداعياتها أسواق المال والبورصات العالمية في صورة انخفاضات حادة متوالية للمؤشرات وامتدت تأثيراتها إلى جميع أنحاء العالم وإلى جوانب الاقتصاد في صورة ركود اثر على حركة الأسواق وتسبب في انخفاضات في معدل النمو. ما يحدث يشكك في ممارسات وأساليب النظام المالي القائم ويدفع إلى ولادة نظام عالمي جديد. فلقد استنفذت كل النظريات وجربت كل الحلول ولكن البشرية ما زالت تتخبط في الأزمات، وتزيد حدتها يوما بعد يوم، ولم يبق مذهبا اقتصاديًا أنتجته عقول البشر إلا وأخذ نصيبه من التجربة والفشل سواء. ولم يبق إلا نظامًا واحدًا ظل العالم محافظًا على مسافة من تطبيق مقوماته _الاقتصاد الإسلامي_ . هذا ما دفعنا لدراسة و تحليل أسباب الأزمات المالية و تقييم الاقتصاد الإسلامي للمخاطر المالية. What happens question the practices and the existing financial system methods and pay to the birth of a global system Jdid.vkadd exhausted all theories and tried all the solutions, but human remains mired in crisis, and increase the intensity day after day, leaving a doctrine economically produced by the minds of men, but took his share of experience and failure either. Leaving only one system, the world maintaining a distance from the application of its components_ Islamic economics. This is what prompted us to study this topic analyzed the causes of the financial crisis and assess the Islamic economy and financial risks, with formulas and alternatives to address the problem.
