الملخص
Abstract: Today, the growth of enterprises and even their survival are dependent on their ability to improve their performance in the face of competition, which is growing day by day in light of the rapid economic changes and developments. The implementation of a quality management system that complies with the international standard ISO 9001 is one of the most effective approaches in improving the performance of enterprises. In order to understand the role of implementing a quality management system that complies with the international standard ISO 9001 in improving the performance of the institution, we have conducted a practical study on the Algerian fertilizer company "Fertial", we have concluded that the application of the enterprise to this system has contributed significantly to improve its performance whether its economical, social, or environmental performance.
