الملخص
دور العدالة الاقتصادية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني جهاد صبحي القطيط أستاذ الاقتصاد المشارك-قسم إدارة الأعمال-كلية العلوم والدراسات الإنسانية بشقراء-جامعة شقراء- المملكة العربية السعودية ملخص: العدالة الاقتصادية جزء من العدالة الاجتماعية، وهي حجر الزاوية في تحقيق الاستقرار الاقتصادي، وأن زيادة كفاءتها تعزز الانتماء الوطني. وهدف البحث التعرف على أهمية وضرورة العدالة الاقتصادية والانتماء الوطني ومعرفة العلاقة بينهما، وبيان الآليات الاقتصادية التي تعزز الانتماء الوطني. وتم استخدام المنهج الاستقرائي القائم على التحليل الكيفي من خلال المنظور الكلي الشامل لتوضيح دور العدالة الاقتصادية في تعزيز الانتماء الوطني. وتوصل البحث إلى أن التوزيع العادل للموارد والدخل على أفراد المجتمع بما يتناسب مع جهدهم ثم حاجاتهم الأساسية يحقق العدالة الاقتصادية مما يساهم في زيادة التماسك والترابط فيما بينهم، توصل البحث أيضا إلى وجود تأثير للعدالة الاقتصادية على الانتماء الوطني سواء بالزيادة أو النقصان، وأن حسن استخدام وتخصيص وتوزيع الموارد وتوفير الحاجات الأساسية يلعب دوراً في زيادة مستويات العدالة الاقتصادية، وأن العدالة الاقتصادية لا تعني المساواة. وأوصى البحث بضرورة تفعيل برامج التنمية الشاملة والمستدامة، وبرامج التكافل الاجتماعي، وتوفير الحاجات الأساسية لأفراد المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: العدالة الاقتصادية، الاستقرار الاقتصادي، الانتماء الوطني. The Role of Economic Justice in Promoting National Belonging Gehad Sobhi Elkotit Associate Professor of Economics - College of Science and Humanities, Shaqra, Shaqra University, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Abstract: Economic justice is part of social justice, and the increased efficiency of economic justice promotes national belonging. Thus, economic justice can be considered as the cornerstone of economic stability. The present research aims to recognize the importance and necessity of economic justice and national belonging and to demonstrate the relationship between them. The study also aims to identify the economic mechanisms that promote national belonging. The research adopts the inductive approach to achieve a qualitative analysis from a comprehensive holistic perspective so as to illustrate the role of economic justice in promoting national belonging. The research has found that the equitable distribution of resources and income on the members of the society in proportion to their efforts and their basic needs achieves economic justice, a condition that contributes to the increasing of national cohesion among them. The research has also found that the degree of economic justice has an impact on either the increase or the decrease of national belonging. Moreover, the study has reached the conclusion that the good use, allocation and distribution of resources and the provision of basic needs play a role in increasing the levels of economic justice. Pertinent to the findings of the study is the assumption that economic justice does not mean mere blind equality. The research has recommended the need to activate comprehensive and sustainable development programs, to initiate social solidarity programs, and to provide the basic needs for the members of the community.
