الملخص
Abstract: If the function of the Arab intellectual is the use of the mind in the components e material, cultural and spiritual life to know it well. Then this knowledge takes its most practical and practical dimension if this mind introduces itself to the vales of freedom, democracy, human rights and the culture of dialogue with the other the deferent. However the intellectual try to develop new formulas adapted to the spirit of the time, its developments and changes, and also to make them an essential feature of the Arab mentality and practice, forming a concrete alternative to the state of domination and even tyranny which includes the system of traditional institutions, Religious institutions and the system of education, politics and knowledge.
