الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث أفاق تطبيق حق العودة للاجئين الفلسطينيين في حال قيام الدولة الفلسطينية على حدود 1967، حيث أن حصر عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إلى داخل حدود الدولة المنشودة ، يعتبر مساس بحق العودة ويتناقض جوهريا مع القرار 194. لذلك قيام الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة يجب أن لا يمس بحق العودة إلى الديار الأصلية. وأن يشكل تعزيز للنضال المتواصل من أجل حق العودة والتمسك بهذا الحق والعمل على تأكيد استمرار الالتزام بالقرار 194 الذي يكفله. الكلمات المفتاحية: حق العودة، اللاجئون الفلسطينيون، الدولة الفلسطينية، حدود1967. Abstract: This paper deals with the prospects for the implementation of the right of return for Palestinian refugees in the event of the establishment of a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.
