الملخص
This study is based on personal Hussein Dey last listed Pasha Algeria during the Covenant Alumna (1818-1830).This article is trying to show the political maneuvers and European diplomacy in deterring the Algerian Navy. And then access to the fan incident and sea blockade, which ended the French coast of Algeria in 1827 and the French military intervention to Algeria in 1830.
