الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم السمسار البحري نظرا لتوسع وانتشار الخدمات التي يقدمها هذا الأخير في الوقت الحاضر وبالأخص في المجال البحري مع بيان التزاماته والمسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقه وقد اعتمدنا في ذلك على منهج تحليلي يتناسب مع طبيعة هذا الموضوع كما توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة تتمثل خاصة في نوعية الجهود المبذولة من طرف السمسار البحري بهدف تحقيق الاتصال المباشر بين الأشخاص الذين يرغبون في التعاقد إلى جانب توفر الخبرة وتحقيق الكفاءة المطلوبة بما يحقق السرعة في أداء مختلف العمليات. Abstract: This study aims to define the concept of marine broker due to the expansion and spread of the services provided by brokers at the present time, especially in the maritime field, its obligations and responsibility, and we have adopted an analytical approach commensurate with the nature of this subject as we have reached important results through this study, particularly in the quality of efforts made by the marine broker in order to achieve direct communication between people who wish to contract, as well as to provide the required expertise and efficiency in order to achieve speed in the performance of various operations.
