الملخص
تتناول الدراسة موضوع عمالة الهجرة السرية غير النظامية في الحالة الجزائرية، وتحذر الإشارة أن هذه الظاهرة عرفت انتشارا كبيرا في السنوات الأخيرة، عقب انهيار نظام القذافي في لبيا وتردي الأوضاع الأمنية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، مما أدى إلى نزوح موجات بشرية هائلة نحو المناطق الآمنة في شمال إفريقيا وكانت الجزائر لتتحول من مسار عبور إلى منطقة استقرار. لكن الملاحظ أن الظروف المأساوية لعمالة الهجرة السرية حركت العديد من الفاعلين المحليين، الناشطين في مجال حقوق الانسان إلى التكفل بالجانب الإنساني وحمايتهم من الاستغلال وتوفير ظروف العمل المتعارف عليها دوليا لا سيما السلامة والامن والأجور وساعات العمل، والامر لم يقتصر على الفاعليين المحليين بل أتبعه ادانة من منظمات دولية غير حكومية، وهو ما دفع السلطات الجزائرية للتحرك ومعالجة الملف، والدراسة تحاول الوقوف على هذا الواقع، وعرض ابرز النتائج المتوصل إليها. The study deals with the issue of illegal illegal immigration workers in the Algerian case, and it warns that this phenomenon has known a great spread in recent years, after the collapse of the Gaddafi regime in Labia and the deteriorating security conditions in the African Sahel region, which led to the massive displacement of human waves towards the safe areas in the north Africa and Algeria was to turn from a transit path to a zone of stability. However, it is noticed that the tragic conditions of clandestine immigration employment have motivated many local actors, human rights activists, to ensure the human side, protect them from exploitation and provide internationally recognized working conditions, especially safety, security, wages and working hours, and this was not limited to local actors, but was followed by condemnation of International non-governmental organizations, which prompted the Algerian authorities to move and address the file, and the study is trying to determine this reality, and present the most prominent results reached.
