الملخص
Diplomatic mission staff relations or foreign affairs, as the representative of the state at the external level are considered. And the aim of this topic management relations to the fullest, Countries resort to selection and appointment of persons who meet the necessary conditions to secure the functions of the diplomatic mission. And those persons who are the mission’s body, chosen by the state and administered freely, on the grounds that this appointment is the prerogative of the state andits sovereignty.
