دور الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في مكافحة العنف ضد المرأة وقت السلم

الملخص
تعد ظاهرة العنف ضد المرأة من الظواهر التي استقطبت اهتماما عالميا واسعا ونظرا لتفاقم هذه الظاهرة واستفحالها وتهديدها لحقوق المرأة كإنسان وهدمها لمبدأ المساواة بين الجنسين، فقد وجدت هذه الظاهرة صداها على مستوى منظمة الأمم المتحدة لتتخذ صفة الجرم والإنتهاك لحقوق الإنسان التي تعمل الأمم المتحدة على حمايتها، وهذا التوصيف للعنف ضد المرأة بأنه انتهاك لحقوق الإنسان للنساء يضع التزامات على هيئة الأمم المتحدة وعلى رأسها الجمعية العامة لوضع الظاهرة ضمن أولوياتها القصوى لتعزيز حقوق المرأة وحمايتها ،لذا فقد بذلت الجمعية العامة مختلف الجهود لمناهضة العنف ضد المرأة باعتباره ظاهرة تعيق تحقيق الأمن ،الاستقرار ، التنمية ، فتجسدت جهودها في إبرام الإتفاقيات الدولية وإصدار الإعلانات الدولية ذات الصلة بالموضوع وكذا عقد المؤتمرات الدولية إضافة إلى إصدار جملة من القرارات الدولية . Résumé Le phénomène de la violence à l’égard des femmes est l’un des phénomènes qui a beaucoup attiré l’attention de la communauté internationale., compte tenu de l’aggravation de ce phénomène menace les droits des femmes en tant qu’êtres humains et la destruction du principe de l’égalité des sexes Ce phénomène incité les Nations Unies à devenir un délit et une violation des droits de l’homme, qu’elle s’efforce de protéger, et cette description de la violence comme une violation des droits des femmes , ce qui oblige l’Assemblée, en particulier l’Assemblée à faire de ce phénomène l’une des grande priorités de la promotion et de la protection des droits des femmes . Afin de lutter contre la violence à l’égard des femmes en tant que phénomène de sécurité, de stabilité et de développement, ses efforts se sont traduits par la conclusion d’une série de colloques et de conventions internationales de conferences Abstract The phenomenon of violence against women is considred as a worldwide phenomena that have attracted wide attention.Due to the aggravation of this phenomenon, what escalates and threatens the rights of women as human beings and the demolition of the principle of gender equality, this phenomenon was heared at the level of the United Nations, and took the form of an offense and violation of human rights that the United Nations organization is working to protect. This description of violence against women as a violation of human rights and women puts obligations on the United Nations level and the General Assembly to put the phenomenon among its top priorities in order to fight violence against women since it is a phenomenon that hinder the achievement of security, Stability and development. thus efforts were made to reach international agreements and publishing declarations and laws relevant to the topic and conferences to issue a number of international resolutions.
