الملخص
ملخص بالعربية: إن التطور الحاصل في الفكر الأوروبي عبر تاريخه الحديث والمعاصر يضع الدارس أمام مفارقة تاريخية؛ تُبين أزمة الفكر العربي المعاصر، ففي الوقت الذي بنى فيه الغرب فلسفة قائمة بنفسها، وأسس المذاهب والمناهج والأنساق، نلاحظ بأن الفلسفة في العالم العربي لازلت رهينة الإرهاصات والمبادرة الفردية. إن الاشتغال بالفلسفة ضرورة قصوى في حياتنا لإثبات وجودنا ضمن هذا العالم، وكذلك لإقامة الحكم السياسي الراشد، وترشيد الإدارة والمؤسسات، ولتطوير الاقتصاد والبنى الاجتماعية... ولكي نحقق ذلك يجب أن نؤسس لكتابة فلسفية ذات بعد جماعي ومؤسساتي، وأن نتجاوز الفردانية، ونؤسس للعمل ضمن خلايا تجعل من الغد هدفا لها، ومن الكتابة الفلسفية طريقة لنشر الوعي والتغيير. الكلمات المفتاحية: الكتابة، الفلسفية، الوعي، الجزائر، الغد. Abstract (English): The development of European thought through his modern and contemporary history puts the researcher in front of an anachronism. It illustrates the crisis of contemporary Arab thought. While the West has built his philosophy, and founded the doctrines, methods and systems, we see the philosophy in the Arab world is still hostage to Individual initiatives and attempts. Engaging in philosophy is an absolute necessity in our lives to prove our presence in the world, as well as to establish good political governance, rationalize management and institutions, and to develop the economy and social structures ... To achieve this hop, we must establish to the philosophical writing with a collective and institutional dimension, go beyond individual work., and establish work within Cells make the tomorrow their target, and make the philosophical writing the way to spread awareness and the great change.
