Résumé : Cet article a pour objectif de : 1- montrer l’importance de l’analyse du travail dans l’élaboration des programmes de formation professionnelle. 2- formuler un exemple concernant l’analyse du travail (le poste de mécanicien réparateur automobile). Mots clés : analyse du travail, tache, activité, exigences du poste, programmes de formation professionnelle. Abstract: The aims of this study are: determine the importance of the job analysis in the vocational programs design, and also formulate an example concerning the job analysis (mechanical auto repair post).
