الملخص
This article deals with an important aspect of the reform that has contributed to the scholar Mohamed Salah Ben Mhanna, especially since he played a role of reformist mighty Constantine region and neighboring. This reformist role, which was centered especially on the nodal side, this aspect, which has taken a large part of his reform efforts - may Allah have mercy on him - is considered as the main pillar, and the main axis through which the various reform work, which is based on the original Koranic approach. He was the mercy of God that any deviation to this side or any defect affects it be serious and serious reflection, as reflected in the life of the Muslim and change most of the perceptions of the plot of identity. يعالج هذا المقال جانبا مهما من الجوانب الإصلاحية التي ساهم فهيا العلامة محمد الصالح بن مهنا، خاصة وأنه قام بدور إصلاحي جبار منطقة قسنطينة وما جاورها. هذا الدور الإصلاحي الذي كان متمركزا خاصة على الجانب العقدي، هذا الجانب الذي أخذ حيّزا واسعا من جهوده الإصلاحية-رحمه الله- و الذي يعدّ بمثابة الركيزة الأساسية، والمحور الأساس الذي تتجلى من خلاله مختلف أعماله الإصلاحية، المعتمد على المنهج القرآني الأصيل،. فكان يرى رحمه الله أن أي انحراف لهذا الجانب أو أي خلل يصيبه يكون أثيره وخيما انعكاسه خطيرا، إذ ينعكس بذلك على حياة المسلم و يغير معظم تصوراته الراسمة لهويته.
