الملخص
تحظى قضايا التشغيل بأهمية كبيرة من منطلق تركيزها على الموارد لبشرية، ولم يعد الاهتمام بها في الوقت الراهن يقتصر على المستوى المحلي بل امتد الى المنظمات الاجتماعية والمهنية، والمؤسسات المحلية والمستوى الدولي، واخذ هذا الاهتمام مجالا واسعا يرتبط بمفهوم التنمية الاقتصادية، لذا تعمل كل دولة من خلال سياستها التنموية على رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي لضمان مستوى تشغيل ملائم لتخفيض معدل البطالة. A model of economic growth and operational policy, The axis of which is the Algerian economy. Intervention Title: The extent to which the operating policy is related to public expenditure. Abstract: Employment issues are of great importance in terms of their focus on human resources and are no longer concerned at the local level but rather extend to social and professional organizations, local and international institutions, and take this attention to a wide area associated with the concept of economic development. Through it's development policy to raise economic growth rates to ensure a suitable level of employment to reduce the rate of unemployment.
