حقــــوق الأجــــانب بين القانون الجزائري ومواثيق حقوق الإنسان Foreign Rights Between Algerian Law And Human Rights Charters

الملخص

يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع في غاية الأهمية يتعلق أساسا بالوضع القانوني للأجانب الموجودين على الإقليم الجزائري. في محاولة للتعرف حول مدى التناسب بين الالتزامات التي تفرضها مواثيق حقوق الإنسان الدولية على الجزائر في موضوع الأجانب، ومدى مواكبة القوانين الجزائرية لتلك الالتزامات. حيث سيتم العمل على تحليل المنظومة الجزائرية المتعلقة بحقوق الأجانب للكشف عن ذلك التناسب. حيث نخلص في آخر البحث إلى نتيجة مهمة تفيد بأن الجزائر من خلال قوانين عملت على كفالة حقوق الأجانب بمختلف فئاتهم. الكلمات المفتاحية: أجانب، قانون، حقوق الإنسان ، الجزائر. ABSTRACT: This article aims to highlight a very important subject mainly related to the legal status of foreigners present in the Algerian territory. To try to determine the extent of the proportionality between the obligations imposed by international human charters on the question of foreigners and the extent to which Algerian laws respect these undertakings. As he will work on the analysis of the Algerian, system related to the rights of foreigners to reveal this proportion. Where we conclude at the end of the research an important result claiming that Algeria, through laws have worked to guarantee the rights of foreigners involving all categories.
