الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى وضع تصور معرفي حول الطور الثالث من التعليم العالي ودوره في إنتاج وصناعة الابتكار، وسنأخذ مرحلة الدكتوراه كنموذج باعتبار أن أطروحة الدكتوراه دراسة معرفية، كما سنحاول في هذه الدراسة تبيان الابتكار المعرفي وابتكار الفكر، كذلك فان أطروحة الدكتوراه تعتبر إما دراسة معرفية قديمة في قالب جديد أو إنتاج معرفة جديدة، كما سنتطرق في هذه الدراسة إلى إشكالية السرقة العلمية والتي هي وليدة غياب مفهوم الابتكار وغياب ترسيخ مبدأ الطالب المبتكر، كما ستحمل هذه الدراسة واقع نظام التعليم العالي بالجامعة الجزائرية، مع المحاولة على التركيز على أهم المبادئ والنقاط التي يجب توفرها من أجل تحسين مستوى التعليم العالي بالجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to develop a cognitive perception about the third stage of higher education and its role in the production and manufacture of innovation, and we will take the doctoral stage as a model considering that the doctoral thesis is a cognitive study, as we will try in this study to demonstrate cognitive innovation and innovation of thought, as well as the doctoral thesis is considered either an ancient cognitive study In a new template or the production of new knowledge, as we will address in this study the problem of scientific theft, which is the result of the absence of the concept of innovation and the absence of anchoring the principle of the innovative student. This study will also bear the reality of the higher education system at the Algerian University, with an attempt to focus on The most important principles and points that must be provided in order to improve the level of higher education in Algeria.
