المناخ المدرسي ودوره في تنمية قيم المشاركة المجتمعية للتلميذ

الملخص
يتمحورموضوع المقال في ابراز دور المناخ المدرسي في تنمية قيم المشاركة المجتمعية للتلميذ ، فالمدرسة ليست المكان المهيئ لتلقين الخبرات المعرفية والعلوم فقط، بقدر ماهي البيئة التي يتمثل فيها الكثير من السلوكات ، ويكتسب منها أغلب الخبرات الانسانية، والقيم السمحة، و أسس العلاقات الاجتماعية، وكذا أساليب الاتصال الانساني، مايجعل منه فرد فعال في المشاركة بأيجابية في خدمة جماعته خاصة والمجتمع عامة، ويشارك في بناء وطنه، من خلال ممارسات الفاعلين التربويين في المواقف المختلفة، وغيرها من السلوكات والخبرات المقدمة له، وتسمح بغرس قيم الانتماء الاجتماعي والولاء، والمشاركة المجتمعية، وتحمل المسؤولية، ومعرفة ما عليه من واجبات وما له من حقوق. The topic of the article revolves around the problematic relationship between the school climate and student education on the values of societal participation, through which we tried to show the nature of this relationship, because the school is not the place to receive knowledge experiences and science only, as far as what is the environment in which many behaviors are represented, and most human experiences are gained from it And the tolerant values, the foundations of social relations, as well as the methods of human communication, what makes him an effective individual in participating positively in the service of his group in particular and society in general, and participates in building his homeland, through the practices of educational actors in different situations, and other tuberculosis And the experiences provided to him, and allow the implantation of the values of social belonging and loyalty, community participation, taking responsibility, knowing his duties and his rights. And the school climate has a major role in raising young people on the values of community participation, through the prevailing atmosphere and educational practices that flow in this direction, and this is what we will try to discuss through this research paper.
