الملخص
الملخص اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر تعد أهم منظمة دولية غير حكومية تقوم على مجموعة من المبادئ،وقد تم ذكرها في نظامها الأساسي وعددها سبعة، كما أن هذه المبادئ تعتمدها تؤمن لها العمل الإنساني الناجح للعمل ، و يمنح للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر الحق أن تقدم خدماتها ونشاطاتها من أجل إغاثة وحماية ضحايا النزاعات المسلحة سواء تم النص على هذه الخدمات في اتفاقيات جنيف وبروتوكولاها بشكل صريح أو لم ينص عنها، توصف اللجنة بأنها هيئة أو منظمة إنسانية محايدة غير متحيزة إلا أن حيادها قد أثار عدة إشكالات، منها ما يخص بانتهاكات القانون الدولي الإنساني ، ومنها فيما يخص التعاون مع القوة العسكرية . Abstract: The ICRC is the most important international non-governmental organization based on seven Fundamental principles mentioned in its statutes, These fundamental principles adopted by the Commission ensure the successful work of humanitarian activity work. The Statute also gives the ICRC the right to provide its services and activities for the relief and protection of victims of armed conflict, whether or not these activities are expressly stated stated in the Geneva Conventions and protocols, or not stated. The icrc is described as animpartial international body, or a humanitarian neutral and independent organization, but its neutrality has raised several problems and issues, including violations of international humanitarian law, including cooperation with military forces to facilitate and deliver humanitarian assistance.
