بين التّفسير والتّأويل والهيرمينوطيقا: دراسة في المصطلح.

الملخص
يعدّ التّفسير والتّأويل من أهمّ القضايا الّتي أسالت حبر الكثيرين قديما، فلا يخفى على الدّارس الجهود الّتي بذلها العرب القدامى - على اختلاف اتجاهاتهم وتباين آرائهم- في إرساء أسس هذين العلمين سيما وأنّهما قد ارتبطا أشدّ الارتباط بالنّص الدّينيّ، ولم يكن ذلك الاهتمام حكرا على القدامى فحسب، إذْ نجد الكثير من المحدثين قد أدلوا بدلائهم فيهما بعدما استفادوا من جهود القدامى الّتي تعدّ ضوابط تحدّ حدود هذين العلمين، حتّى أنّ بعضا منهم قد زاد فيهما تأثّرا بالدّراسات اللّغويّة الحديثة ذات الطّابع الفلسفيّ. ولأهمية هذا الموضوع جاءت هذه الورقة البحثيّة الموسومة بـــ: " بين التّفسير والتّأويل والهيرمينوطيقا: دراسة في المصطلح" نبحث من خلالها عن مفهوم مصطلح التّأويل، ومدى قربه وبعده عن مصطلح التّفسير ائتلافا واختلافا، لنكشف العلاقة الجامعة بينهما باعتبار أنّهما يحضران في قراءة أيّ نص كان شرعيّا أم أدبيّا لإظهار جهود القدامى في وضع لبنة علم التّأويل من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى إظهار اختلاف مفهوم التّأويل عند المتقدّمين والمتأخّرين، كما أردنا من خلال هذه الورقة الوقوف على مصطلح آخر برز عند الغرب الّذين تأثّروا بفلسفة التّأويل، الّتي ظهرت بمصطلح الهيرمنوطيقا، لذا أخذنا على عاتقنا مهمّة إظهار تقاطع مصطلح التّأويل عند العرب، بمصطلح الهيرموطبقا عند الغرب. ومن هنا كان لنا هذا التّساؤل: ما الفرق بين التّفسير والتّأويل عند المتقدّمين والمتأخّرين؟، وما علاقة مصطلح التّأويل بمصطلح الهيرمنوطيقا؟ Interpretation and explanation of terminology are considered as being the most important issues that have captured the interests of many people in the past. No one can deny the efforts that Arabs made -despite their different opinions- in order to lay the foundations of these science because they more closely related to the religious text. Many modernists have also shown their interest in these sciences after they benefited from the efforts of the previous scholars which are considered as limits that control these sciences. Some of the scholars have been also influenced by modern linguistic studies of a philosophical nature. The subject presented in this paper entitled: "Between Interpretation, Explanation of terminology and Herminutica: A Study in the Term" in which we explore the concept of the term "interpretation" and its proximity and distance from "Explanation of Terminology” or to demonstrate the efforts of the ancient scholars in the construction of the brick of the science of interpretation on the one hand, and on the other to show the difference of the concept of interpretation of the early and the recent scholars , as we wanted through this paper to stand on another term that emerged in the West who were influenced by the philosophy of interpretation, which emerged in the term Hermann A, so we take upon ourselves the task of showing the intersection of the term interpretation of the Arabs, the term Alheirmutbaka in the west. Hence, we suggested this question: What is the difference between interpretation and interpretation of the early and the late scholars? And what is the relationship of the term interpretation to the term Hermnotika? L'interprétation et l'explication de la terminologie sont considérées comme les questions les plus importantes ayant capturé les intérêts de nombreuses personnes dans le passé. Personne ne peut nier les efforts déployés par les Arabes - malgré leurs opinions divergentes - afin de jeter les bases de cette science, car ils sont plus étroitement liés au texte religieux. De nombreux modernistes ont également manifesté leur intérêt pour ces sciences après avoir bénéficié des efforts des anciens chercheurs qui sont considérés comme des limites contrôlant ces sciences. Certains chercheurs ont également été influencés par des études linguistiques modernes de nature philosophique. Le sujet présenté dans cet article intitulé: "Entre interprétation, explication de la terminologie et Herminutica: une étude du terme", dans lequel nous explorons le concept du terme "interprétation" ainsi que sa proximité et son éloignement de "Explication de la terminologie" ou de démontrer les efforts des anciens savants dans la construction de la brique de la science de l'interprétation d'une part, et d'autre part pour montrer la différence du concept d'interprétation des premiers et des récents savants, comme nous voulions à travers cet article prendre position sur un autre terme qui est apparu en Occident et qui a été influencé par la philosophie d’interprétation, qui est apparue dans le terme Hermann A, nous nous chargeons donc de montrer l’intersection du terme interprétation des Arabes, le terme Alheirmutbaka dans le Ouest. Nous avons donc suggéré cette question: quelle est la différence entre interprétation et interprétation des premiers et des derniers savants? Et quelle est la relation entre le terme interprétation et le terme Hermnotika?
