تدريس أصول الفقه معوقات وحلول

الملخص
المقال محاولة لتحليل ظاهرة تراجع استيعاب أصول الفقه؛ وترجع إلى ثلاثة أسباب هي: الطالب؛ الأستاذ، المقررات التعليمية؛ ثم ذكرت الحلول، وهي: التعميم قبل التخصص، التركيز على التمثيل الفقهي، استخدام المشجرات، إبعاد المقررات من المواضيع الخارجية، تأليف مقررات مشتركة تناسب المراحل التعليمية يشرف عليها كبار الأساتذة في الوطن، تطوير دور مسجد الجامعة في تدريس المتون العلمية، الدورات العلمية القصيرة، الجمع بين الامتحان الكتابي والشفهي، ضرورة تعليم مبادئ أصول الفقه قبل الجامعة، العناية بحياة علماء أصول الفقه والفقه، تأليف كتاب لأسئلة وأجوبة المادة. The article is an attempt to analyze the phenomenon of the decline in the assimilation of the fundamentals of jurisprudence; it is due to three reasons: the student; the teacher, the educational courses; and then I mentioned the solutions, namely: generalization before specialization, focus on idiosyncratic representation, the use of woodlands, the removal of courses from external topics, the formation of joint courses appropriate The educational stages are supervised by senior professors in the country, developing the role of the university mosque in teaching scientific texts, short scientific courses, combining written and oral exams, the need to teach principles of jurisprudence before the university, caring for the lives of scholars of jurisprudence and jurisprudence, writing a book of questions and answers to the article.
