التمكين المقاولاتي و أثره على توجه الطلبة نحو مجال المقاولة و العمل الخاص دراسة باستخدام طريقة Sem-pls

الملخص

Our study aimed students at second year Master, specialty entrepreneurship. The aim of this study is to identify the extent of the impact of the added variables to the model of planned behavior on entrepreneurial intention. And this was the added variables: perceived risk, and entrepreneurial empowerment. We saw that Entrepreneurial empowerment an important factor in explaining entrepreneurial intention, Empowerment in this study is the individual's confidence in his ability to do various entrepreneurial tasks, and the ability to control the entrepreneurial process. As we considered in this study , that empowerment is the result of entrepreneurial training, and the students will be well empowered and this is what affects there entrepreneurial intentions. However, the results were the opposite. Entrepreneurial empowerment not have any significant effect on entrepreneurial intention, and the same case for other variables, except for attitudes.
