الملخص
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى معرفة درجة وعي معلمي مدارس شرقي القدس بمهارات التدريس الإبداعي، ودرجة وعيهم بمهارات التدريس الإبداعي. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج كان أهمها: أن درجة وعي المعلمين بمهارات التدريس الإبداعي التالية قد حصلت على نسب مئوية عالية (العصف الذهني/ إنتاج أفكار جديدة، استخلاص النتائج، الطلاقة، الفضول والمجازفة، المرونة)، وهذا يدلل على نسبة الوعي العالية لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي لدى المعلمين في مدارس القدس. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن اتجاهات المعلمين نحو التدريس الإبداعي كبيرة جداً، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05 ) في مدى وعي المعلمين لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس، وخبرة المعلم. تبين من نتائج الدراسة أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05 ) في مدى وعي المعلمين لمهارات التدريس الإبداعي تعزى لمتغيرات المؤهل العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: درجة الوعي، التدريس الإبداعي، الاتجاهات. Abstract : The study aimed at identifying the degree of awareness of teachers in East Jerusalem schools of creative teaching skills and their attitudes towards it. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study concluded to several results, the most important: That the teachers' awareness of the following creative teaching skills has received high percentages (brainstorming /producing new ideas, drawing conclusions, fluency, curiosity, risk, flexibility). This demonstrates the high awareness of creative teaching skills among teachers in East Jerusalem schools. The results of the study showed that the attitudes of teachers toward creative teaching are very high and that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the extent of teachers' awareness of creative teaching skills due to gender variables and teacher experience. The results of the study also showed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of (α = 0.05) in the extent of teachers' awareness of creative teaching skills due to the variables of scientific qualification.
