الملخص
تتعدد الهيئات العاملة في مجال حماية البيئة وأهمها الولاية و البلدية التي تعتبر هيئات لامركزية ذات صلة قريبة بمجال حماية البيئة حيث يتجلى لنا بوضوح اهتمام المشرع الجزائري بموضوع البيئة والإشكالات التي يطرحها من خلال صدور القانون رقم 03/10 المؤرخ في 19 جويلية 2003 المتضمن حماية البيئة في إطار التنمية المستدامة والذي يمكن القول بشأنه أنه جاء ثمرة مشاركة الدولة الجزائرية في عدة محافل دولية تخص هذا الموضوع منها اتفاقية ريودي جانيرو المنعقدة بالبرازيل التي تعتبر نقطة التحول الكبرى في السياسة البيئية الدولية بصفة عامة والجزائرية بصفة خاصة. Abstract: There are many bodies working in the field of environmental protection, the most important of which is the state and the municipality, which are considered decentralized bodies closely related to the field of environmental protection, where we are clearly reflected in the interest of the Algerian legislator in the subject of the environment and the problems it raises through the promulgation of Law No. 03/10 of July 19th.
