The transition to a globalised economic world requires for companies the adoption of a change, particularly at the technological level. Therefore, innovation appears to be one of the major elements in the competitiveness of corporate. Indeed, their success and survival depend on their ability to innovate. The aim of this paper is to highlight the impact of innovation on the diversification of products in an Algerian context. In fact, this paper studies the case of two Algerian companies, the first has not adopted innovation among its products, while the second has managed to integrate a product innovation in its business.
