Résumé
The amended constitutions in Algeria and France put an end to the concentration of power, as they gave each authority considerable space to exercise its constitutional powers. yet the organization of authorities in Algeria under the 2016 Constitutional Amendment continued to suffer from a weak parliament,; This requires updating the constitutional provisions to ensure the proper organization of the authorities وضعت الدساتير المعدلة في الجزائر وفرنسا حداً لتركيز السلطة، لأنها أعطت كل سلطة مساحة كبيرة لممارسة صلاحياتها الدستورية،ومع هذا كان ولازال تنظيم السلطات في الجزائر بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 يعاني من ضعف البرلمان،الأمر الذي يستوجب تحديث النصوص الدستورية بما يضمن التنظيم السليم للسلطات.
